Hi all from Nebraska I am here to help my parents keep their 3 720's running. I am aware of the problems with the carbs. I am working on a new problem in my dads truck I found a coolant hose leaking under the carb. I can't find a replacement. The other two trucks run ok but my dads is a mechanics nightmare. If I would of looked at it first I would of told them to pass on it. So many cut wires heater core blocked off. I am surprised it runs. I connected all the vacuum lines and then I found that I can actually block most of them off but only a few so it will run better haven't done that. Just trying to keep them running my parents are getting close to 70. Any help keeping them going will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

First off, do you have the Factory Service Manual for the 720? If not, it'll save you a ton of headaches. Fortunately, we gotcha covered!

So can someone please tell me what that hose is that comes off the carb and goes to waterpump is that a bypass hose? if so where can I get one. thanks

There is no hose from the carb to the water pump. Where is the hose attached on the carb, and where is the other end attached? The water is physically attached to the mechanical fan, and is spun off of that accessory belt. There are no hoses there.

If all else fails, take a picture, or reference a picture from the internet.
