blown. Plus i want a motor with a better foundation for higher #s. I am shooting somewhere around 400-500hp, i know its a big gap but it depends how the cash flow, and how many deals i can get lol.poserdan365 wrote:240!!!! Why sell the sr?
Becuase i can part out the motor. Well , depending upon how bad the damage is i may even be able to fix it up and sell it whole. I am hoping he just spun a bearing or somethin that doesnt do a whole lot of damage.White Comet wrote:why not just get a motorless shell and then rb swap it?
ok cool, tahts not a bad price as long as the rest of the car is solidReX2SX wrote: Becuase i can part out the motor. Well , depending upon how bad the damage is i may even be able to fix it up and sell it whole. I am hoping he just spun a bearing or somethin that doesnt do a whole lot of damage.

I dont want to "max" out a motor at those levels. This is just to get me started, who knows what i will want to do in the future. I want a motor with alot of potential. Plus i see too many sr swapped 240s and i want to do the RB before it gets to that point.tramp_drift240 wrote:im just curious as to why youd opt for an RB25 when you can easily make that kind of power on a motor much smaller than that.
not to mention less expensive.
seems like youre overcompensating for a desire that youre wanting. just personal opinion, of course.
