NEWB here, what are the key differences in the Armada vs QX?

I was shopping for a QX56 and was not even aware the Nissan is a comparable (similar?) truck?

What do you lack or gain from the move from one model to the other?

the qx up to 2010 was built on the same line as the nissan armada--in alabama.same as the titan.
2011+ qx is made in japan and is radically different from the armada, which is still built in alabama.

Gotcha thanks, I'm shopping for a 2011+ so I guess this would not apply to me then. I was going to say the latest Armada does not look anything like the QX.

the qx80 is the same as the qx56 2011+ but the qx80 has a different front grille and trim. the 12's are good in resale value.

since you are going to be pulling a trailer, etc, make sure you get HBMC.
