I hate for my first post to be a tech issue.... but i just got a twin turbo a few weeks ago and i have been trying to track down my running rich problem. i have found and corrected several boost leaks. i just dont know where to go from here.
i have had turbo z's my whole life and have been building and working on them just as long. but this is my first z32 so i am sure i will have alot of stupid questions for the forum in the future, although i will try to keep them to a minimum.

i am going to replace the o2 sensors soon. and i did clean the maf after i noticed this problem. it looked like it had some filter oil on it.
but.....
the car is randomly smoking like a train, only when driving "normal" it will smoke like a train for about a minute then stop. if i drive it like a madman (which i normally do) i have no smoking issues. and today i thought i saw a hint of blue in it. so i am thinking it might be the seal in one of my turbos. FML!
any input would be greatly appreciated.
another question, is it possible to remove the turbos with the engine in? i have been looking and it doesn't seem possible.

It's possible... but no one does it. It's a lot easier to pull the engine and replace everything with ease of access to bolts and get the proper torque spec. This way you can do the job correctly with no worries.
What color is the smoke when your driving "normal"?
The smoking episode only comes on every few days. And it only lasts a few minutes. I know its running rich. Its smells terribly rich. And now I think its a little oil too. I was thinking at first a leaking injector, but now I think I might need Turbo seals too. I wad hoping this was a common problem/easy fix...wishful thinking I guess.

After screwing with mine for over a week all i can tell you si go to the FSM and go through the diagnostic procedure in there, thats your best and cheapest way to track the problem down.
