For those of you that were not at Nashville or haven't seen the pics I got a new Z. Last Thursday I finished the paperwork and picked up a 2009 Nismo 370Z. THe car is great. It handles amazingly and has a decent amount of power. Its NISMO # 85. Now on to the pics.

You say it has decent power. This is a mid 13's car. Not fast enough?

I'm thinking some stillen CAI's, window tint, eibach lowering springs, berk high flow cats, and maybe a short shifter.

Nice acquisition!

I love the performance of the Z34 but just can't get past some of the styling choices Nissan made (boomerang lights, ugh!). I do love the new interior (except the new cluster - looks out of place) and the controls are all in just the right place.

Plans on tracking/crossing it?

I really dig the monochrome scheme on this NISMO. I don't know why reading "Z34" looks funny to me, my brain can't help but conjure up an image of a Lumina.

As for the styling, it may be a little avant garde, but we can use a little bit of that in a world full of "me too's"

I sold the 03 350z. The magnetic blaack on the Nismo is ten times better.

So when are you gonna let me thrash it on the track? I would love to see what kind of times I could put up with that.

Don't know if I'm going to take it Carlisle or take the SVT Focus. Took it auto-xing in PA yesterday. Tons of fun.

Last night, I looked at a 370Z Nismo at my local dealership. It's tempting. I financed my 350Z and I've had it less than a year so a trade right now is boarderline financial stupidity. Besides the whole body change, I noticed a few other differnces that I thought were pretty significant: No litttle metal plate on the center console displaying what number Nismo you own. No more Brembo brakes....just to name a few.
