I've contemplated doing a sr in a miata, the only reason I haven't done anything about it is because I don't need another small 2 door car, but you should definitely make it happen. :dblthumb:

I wanted to get a Miata once, but then I thought I might have a panic attack from being claustrophobic in it. That and the fact that I love the S chassis. If I could have both I would though. Welcome!

Just make sure not to buy your SR just before race wars, i hear they pull a premium then.

if you want to do an sr swap in a miata you better find a very good fabricator. friend of mine just out a ca18det in it theres and it was no small task, turnin a front sump to a rear sump is easy but the aluminum oil pan on the sr is structural and would take the right person to do it. obviously its been done, but its not just a simple toss in like an s-chassis lol

thanks all, yeah when i bought this miata it came with a supercharger it was ok. But I'm used to more power, my last miata was a fully built 1.9l from billet steel oilpump gears to ATI Super Dampner. Sick car here's some pics of it. Before I rolled it..

lol i made a new thread there but i guess this one is more popular!!! To be honest is actually the other way around, you will find more taller people in miatas than short ones..
