New windshield wipers adding more umph???

Today i stopped at napa to get some seafoam and i decided it was time to replace replace the windshield wipers.

We are having some freak wind storm and i was getting pounded by 30mph wind so it took me a a couple minutes to put them on

I was letting the car idle when i was fiddling with the wipers and when i jump in the car felt faster. Like alot faster.

It usualy idles at 700 but now it idles at 1000 and the idle seems smoother

The clutch was replaced a 1000 miles ago so i was wondering if it broke in or something

It shifts smoother now too

I dont know what happened but i am so happy right now

Any suggestions on what happened??????

dewdz i replaced my windshield wiper fluid resevoir with nos and piped it up to my windshield fluid jets for an extra 50whp. windshield horse power.

edit: holy crap i just got the most wicked idea: purge valves wired so they dump to the wiper fluid jets. I never drive my **** in the snow so why not!

I don't tihnk tis mod works for everyone. I just put on some silicone wipers i paid around $50 for two of them and smoke started coming from under the hood. I think they gave me so much power the car couldn't handle.
