New window tint over tint?

from what i've heard it wont cause you any problems, its just harder to get off in the event you want to remove the tint... but if someone else knows different please chime in cuz im not 100%

Take it to a tinting place and have them tell you. It depends on how it was tinted. If it was tinted with film, this will have to be removed. If it's tinted glass itself during the manufacturing process (which I doubt) then it would be fine.

Take it off man... theres no reason to double layer it.

Grab a razor, soapy water and a hairdryer and clean the window.. then put on the 5% tint (im assuming thats how dark you want) and call it a day.
