So I just got some new wheels, they're 18x9.5 +20 all around. My question is, will I be able to fit 255/40/18 all around? I have a kouki with KTS coilovers and full PBM suspension arms. I also prefer not to touch the fenders.

It's possible, sure. But it depends on how low you wanna go and how much negative camber you're willing to dial in to avoid fender work.
