I have a new wheel 215 45 17 when i hit 60mph it vibrates, does any one have the same problem?

The problem sound like your wheels are not properly balanced. Tire vibrations occur usually between 50 and 100 mph when wheel are out of balance, if vibration happens at all speed then you my have a loose wheel.
