After much thought... i figured 15's were way too small! Plus, family is incredibly important to me, and my little brother who just started at Georgia Tech is short for money, so I went ahead and gave him my BRAND NEW wheels and tires to keep him safe (his older ones were balding and bent!).

Anyways, These are Enkei J10's (17 inch) gunmetal with polished lip...

Tanabe lowering springs with Pirelli P6's

I've got to say, over stock, these wheels are absolutely incredible! The grip was good enough that I was able to dodge a deer when it jumped out at 70 MPH!

But, without too much cheesy promotion, the Pirelli P6 is a great tire!

Yeah those look really nice. I've been checking out rims on other cars looking for something I like and those are about the nicest I've seen. Good find.

lookin really good man! im looking into new rims and tires, your car overal is lookin great... minus the Yankees licence frame, that should be replaced with a Baltimore Ravens one, even though they SUCK this season.

but back on topic... lookin really nice, does the TPMS still work?

TPMS works great! The thing to remember is that the TPMS should ALWAYS reset, even with larger wheels. If the TPMS does not reset, there is a problem with the car or install...

Still, the largest problem you will incur is that the feel of the car will change pretty dramatically! If you want your car to handle like a slow sports car (miata), then grab the tanabe lowering springs and some wheels and 205 40 r17 tires (preferably pirellis or bridgestone)!

If you want your car to stay more stock, stick with smaller wheels.

EV, I hate to say this, but not only can you get a discount on these wheels, but tirerack.com was having a sale on some pretty incredible tires...

Either way, thank you all for the positive responses! I really put a lot of pride into NOT making this car a ricer, and the response from the dealership was priceless! However, if we EVER have a Versa meet, I think it would be really interesting to see the different end results for each individual car...

Oh, and nobody else get these wheels so that I can say I've got the only Versa with these wheels...

Those look really good NY. I love the gunmetal on almost any color of Versa, but especially the darker colors. Great choice!

To answer EVERYONE's questions

- The TPMS sensors are Stock! All they have to do is move them around like regular valve stems...

- The total cost is as such:

$180 for Tanabe Springs$400 for installation and re-alignment (testing and full warranty)$700 for wheels, tires, installation and lug set (on SALE) - $1200 normally--------$1280-$1780 with tires and wheels and springs WITH installation (NOT including Tint)

If you want the full setup, add $300 for non-metallic 3M pro tint

HOPE THAT HELPS!

Looks absolutely sick. I was actually considering the same wheels in black, but I wasn't sure about rubbing issues with the Tanabe springs.

I would say you could even go for the 18 inch wheels... I would have preferred to do so, but it's a bit expensive and I really loved these particular wheels!

It's not a great increase, but I'm seeing my average go from 32.7 mpg --> 34.3 mpg.

Over time... a LONG time... these wheels will pay off in many ways! That may be due to a SLIGHT increase in highway driving, but I drove to Washington D.C. on 2 tanks of gas (I never let it go below 1/4, so more like 1.5)

i think you have your quote backwards.
