Im not real sure yet, I kinda like the GunMetal color on the older Lexus is300 Ltuned cars, probally either that or white, maybe a pearl white?s14derrick wrote:im totally digging it are you repainting it white?
Thanks for the info So you're saying the rear is almost oem specs, I dont want to wear my tires unevenly. I plan on getting those wheels but learned they no longer have 17x9 only 17x9.5. I'm kind of scared of how the handling characteristics will change with these wheels. I'm asking because lots of people say a lot of modification has to be done to make these fit.VirginiaPS13 wrote:Havent touched the front fenders, the camber is set to zero according to the plates in the front. It doesnt rub moving it around the parking lot so its good for now but I will probally have to slightly roll the front fenders. The backs are rolled with a big@ss pipe I found, it looks pretty good but im gonna go back after i get it running and work on them a little more, and the camber in the back is pretty close to factory settings.
As far as handling I cant say, I havent got to drive it yet.Fittment really isnt a big issue, depending how low you go. The back will not fit with out fender modification unless you have a 4x4 suspension, they stick out about an inch. I used a big pipe and it worked perfect!! They fit up in the fender like a glove now. The way it sets now the front is not touching/rubbing anything, even steering lock to lock, but I know its gonna be a different story when moving so the fronts are probally gonna have to be pulled/rolled too.But IMO its worth the little bit of extra work to make them fit.tEknoS13 wrote:
