nice...

could you have fit a +35 on the rear?

the nissanperformancemag.com car here is running

17x8.5" +30 front17x9" +38mm rear

with the same wheels (?) but the rear has a sweet lip on it.

p.s. i looked at the 5zigen website and i couldnt even find 17x9 wheels with 4x114.3 bolt pattern

You can see they're cross drilled and slotted. It's pretty good without spending 2k on a big brake kit....

But nice wheels.

panther: those are already Z32 brakes. Now I need the mounting bracket that allows me to use 3KGT VR4 rotors. that will be awesome. soon.

silkk: fell off the next day in a busy intersection. i said screw it.

notdave: could have is different from wanted to. i didn't want a lame offset such as +30 or 38.

i wanted a really wide wheel with a super wide track (lower offset equals more track) while still maintaining stock sheet metal.

if i had gone with a higher offset, it would be sunken in which is really gross.

Lookin good, really good. Are you running 4 or 5 lug hubs? I assume that since you have the Z brakes, you're at 5 lug?

I'm getting an LSD next, then I gotta save some cash for brakes, wheels and tires. It's all about the 5Zigen bandwagon for me. Not very original, but definitely nice wheels.

I like the rims but you need to Un-"Frankenstien" your front bumper and get your car repainted...Then...it would be the ****.

hey ChunkiDori is offset just for wheel looks or does it have some significance of importance in performance??

also which offset wears out tire faster, higher offset of lower offset, cause im planning to set my ride up as a daily driver/ weekend drifter/ autox

offset doesn't directly wear out a tire faster, and no, it's not at all just for looks.

lower offset makes the cars track wider, making it more stable.
