No, it's an actual piece installed on the bumper. The diffuser is fiberglass painted gloss black.

Yeah, I've loved the sport wheel look on the sedan ever since I photoshopped mine with sport wheels. The car with a slight rear drop and more aggressive front drop (nice rake) looks phenomenal with the sport wheels.
