So I'm getting new rims as a late Christmas present and I can't pick. Basically my story is that I park my car in my driveway, and I live near a not so nice area. Well, the area I live in isn't bad but a few blocks up the road out of my neighborhood it gets pretty bad. Which, is why we had 10 home break ins in a week last summer. Lol.

Anyways, since my tires are new I was supposed to get 16's and keep the same tires. Well, I wanted at least 17's so I convinced my dad to let me buy the new rubber and keep the old tires as winter tires with my hub caps.

So now the plan is to find some nice 17's that will make my friends around the bend take my neighbors Acura rims and leave mine alone. My dad knows a guy that sells semi tires for his company but they also specialize in car wheels/tires so I pretty much have the labor in the bag. And the plan is to just transplant the TPMS gauges and drive with the light on all winter.

That said, here is what I'm looking at. All 17's - the tire size would be 235/50-17.

This is kind of the order in which I like them. But I'm between them all.

1. Sport Edition SE-14http://www.tirerack.com/wheels...120BS

2. Enkei Performance EDR9http://www.tirerack.com/wheels...Brand

3. Enkei Performance EKM3 Bright Silverhttp://www.tirerack.com/wheels...Brand

4. ASA AR1http://www.tirerack.com/wheels...Brand

My car is Precision Gray.

Thanks for the input.R.

Yeah I agree, I saw some 19's that I really liked but I have to play with the cards I'm dealt. So with my limitations, I just want to ditch the hub caps.

I voted for Enkei Performance EKM3 Bright Silver, but tenzo makes the same ones they are called type M and they are WAY cheaper if you're on a tight budget.

I have the ASA AR1 in black on a black car. I like them a lot. The ones you have pictured would look great on grey.

MSR Wheels makes a pattern exactly like the Enkei EKM3s and they're significantly cheaper.

At least on this website they're cheaper. Word!
