I talked to the owner of Lathewroks.com and he has added (2) knobs specifically for the Altima 6-speed with reverse lockout. The piston type is an amazing 526g! I think that is what I am going to buy. He has asked me to take some measurement to assure a perfect fit. I know that people have posted this site before, but I believe it was for using the STi knobs.
Anyways...... See below..

Some additional info provided in his email:
The plain sphere is 1.9" tall, and has a 1.5" deep hole. The piston is 3" tall and has a 1.5" deep hole so it sits about 1" higher. Both are designed to fill up your hand so you have a full area to grip, and your hand won't overhang into the shift boot or anything.
My prices are driven based on material cost, machine/ tool costs, and my labor, plus priority shipping is included already which is about $10 USD, and paypal fees which are about $3 also included. You also pay no tax.
I make all the knobs by hand, so I have to cover my time so the costs reflect that. This allows for me to massively customize the parts with minimal extra effort. Compare that to basically any other company that mass-produces the knobs on computer machines who offer no customization. My prices equal or beat other stainless steel knobs that are CNC-made which surprises even myself.
If anyone buys one, please use my name (Mike Beam) as a Referral.
