New VQ35 design ?

I seen a picture of the VQ35 motor in the 240 section today. Do all the new VQ35's have on TB? And why is it in the rear of the intake plenum?

the motor looks much easier to work on the the VQ30DE and there appears to be more room.ezcheese said that nissan is TT this motor for the skyline. i think there's room.
