Please be advised that on May 27, 2011 at midnight, Infiniti’s contract with our current voiceover artist Liev Schreiber expires. At that time, we are no longer allowed to use Mr. Schreiber’s voice in any of our existing creative executions in any way. Please look out for information regarding a new voiceover talent selected for the Infiniti M® Hybrid work and existing Infiniti assets in the near future.

Please ensure that any and all of your creative executions scheduled to run after midnight on March 27, 2011 do not contain Mr. Schreiber’s voice. This includes, but is not limited to television spots, radio spots, or any broadcast assets sourced internally or from InfinitiArtwork.com. All creative with Mr. Schreiber’s voice must be destroyed after March 27th. Retailers will be responsible for any and all penalties incurred should Liev Schreiber’s voice be used in any creative executed by the retailers beyond March 27, 2011 at midnight. In particular, Retailers shall indemnify, defend, and hold Nissan North America, Inc. and its respective agents, representatives, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, suits, losses, actions, judgments, and costs whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of infringement of Mr. Schreiber’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, right of publicity, arising from or connected with the use of Mr. Schreiber’s voice after March 27, 2011.

In an effort to facilitate the transition, we are re-recording all product-correct broadcast assets and will be uploading to InfinitiArtwork.com the week of March 14th. Most recent work created and requested has been prioritized. The change does not affect running footage or end-slate tool kits. Production and traffic related costs will remain the responsibility of the Retailer.
