First off, apologies for resorting to posting this here... but this motor HAS to go. My Z is arriving in a weeks time and I need enough cash to cover the importation fees...

I will accept ANY *reasonable* offer. Asking $1500obo (for a 6000+ dollar motor!!!) to get rid of it QUICK. Yes, I'm taking a loss and no, you won't find another deal like this again!

Corey

Disclaimer: *Serious offers only!* I've had over 25 offers on this engine and NO ONE has followed through as of yet.

That thread said it was located in Cali, where abouts? I'd keep it for a "project"

I've though of eBay, but with all their fees and the lack of any serious buyers, it's a pain in the arse. Thanks though Rob!

It truely is a brand new VH45DE... no miles, still in the crate sitting in Signal Hill California where I'm still paying storage fees on it...

Not a quick drive from San Fran. Signal Hill is Socal, about 18 miles south of me. Wanna make me an offer on storage fees? If anyone wants to buy it, I might be able to transport it to a local shipping center for maybe $40-60 depending on location.

Daedalus, you're the man . If things don't work out quick here I'll get back to you regarding storage.

Don't count me out yet, I'm thinking of a few options and I'll get back to you on it. I'm planning on a tranny rebuild as well. Getting a motor with 0 miles along with it would be INSANE!!!

BUMP. Haven't heard from the last prospective buyer since getting him a shipping quote.

($255 from Cali to GA)

Still up for grabs! Someone, pick it up!

Hi,

I was wondering if the engine you have for sale is the same as in the 90-93 model Q45?

Thanks,

Fil

Hi Fil,

The engine is made for a 94-945 Q45/Q45a/Q45t with TCS. Apparently if you use the '93 head and do some custom work you can toss it in a '90-'93... search the archives for more information on this. A NICO member in Cali did it a few weeks/months ago.
