Hey whats up everyone I have been a huge lurker here and I finally got myself a droptop! Well its another project for myself because its a rolling chasis. The plus side is that it came with 30mm wide rear overfenders and 20mm fronts(uninstalled).A friend of mines is trying to con me into buying his wheels but they are 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 with a -10 offset.I couldnt find pics with anyone running a similar setup so anyone here have any thoughts of how this would look or is this wheel setup too animal for the widebody setup thats already on the car? Thanks guys

you should definitely jump on those wheels. you will most likely have to run and stretch and a good amount of camber, but thats what makes a great stance!!! the only thing you will have to figure out is what body kit you are going to run and get some coilovers on there!!!

oh, and better put some pics up before Dex comes in!! hahaahha

Welcome to the club Ryan.

Congrats on the new 'vert!

Timelss is right... you better get some pics up for we'll all give you a hard time about it.

Be sure to add your VIN to the registry thread as well.

That's not entirely true... That Otto guy posted in here once about putting a roof spoiler on a vert (which Zach and I are going to try soon) but there's a lot less here than other places.

Read, enjoy, and LYAO:zerothread/345497

Granted the guy ended up in the Vert forum by accident and apparently doesn't own a 240 yet, but still funny.
