I'm trading in my 2001 Civic LX tomorrow for a 2009 Versa SL (with convenience package). The civic has been a decent car as my commuter/DD, but just did not feel very solid compared to the Versa. Secondly, I needed another 4 door car. I also have a 2005 Acura RL & 2002 Acura NSX. Sold my turbocharged 350z in May, so glad to be back in the Nissan community. I don't plan on much mods, but I think I will do a drop and get some 17" wheels/tires.

Very nice, sounds like you have good taste when it comes to cars. Can't wait to see how your Versa will turn out

Thanks, I am picking up the gray. I was considering white... but I don't think I'll be able to keep up with the upkeep!

Awesome! I'm a big mod guy, so I will probably do some light mods on the Versa. I'm thinking of lowering the car and adding some rims, but am afraid of the ride quality as the Versa will be my daily driver. Here is my old 350z, and my current weekend car.. both with some mods.

Sold my Z in May:

Picked this up in June:

Welcome! If you do get wheels, I highly recommend these. KILLER price for Nismo wheels too, they run $1,300 at the dealer. I have them on mine and love em, cept mine are bronze.

Oh, and if you get Tanabe NF springs, the ride is virtually unchanged from stock. I love mine, rides great even with the 17's.

As someone who loves photography, I have to say that shot of your Z is amazing. Did you take it yourself? (Oh yeah, and the car is pretty sweet too!)

As for your orange car (an NSX?), no offense here, because that's obviously a great car, but I laughed when I saw that everyone in the picture is checking out the GT-R over every other hot car in the lineup.

Thanks, those are pretty nice! But not sure what route I will go with wheels (if I do go aftermarket at all). I am thinking about going with bronze. What do you guys think of these enkei's in bronze, on a gray versa:

^ haha! nice catch! I didn't mind the lack of attention. That meet was the debut of the GTR, so ppl were obviously quite curious! Car color is imola orange. 1 of 49 made in that color.

This is exactly what I wanted to know. Since the versa will be a DD, I do NOT want to sacrifice ride quality.

The work wheels are "Work Emotion CR" I was going to get them for my V before I sold it.
