Why when they should not put it on in the first place, it is not their car for long. I would tell them to either order me a new one and have them not place it on, or take my buisness to another dealer unless they plan on giving me a hell of a deal.gfxguy wrote:Like Clipsed said... last several cars I bought I said "you can put a license plate frame on there if you want, but no other dealer badging, especially on the paint." The very last car I had was on the lot and already had the badging, but it's not too difficult to get off. Use a blow dryer to heat the glue. Alcohol will take off the last remnants, and then wax.
I agree 110% with Clipsed. These stickers boil my blood. Especially when they are removed and found again after the car has gone in for service (thank you bay ridge honda).versaphile wrote:I am a Nissan Salesperson and don't care if someone wants badging taken off of a car. At the time of delivery just ask the salesperson to have the detail bay take it off. At least that way you guys are not liable for trying to remove it ( if something should happen ) I'd rather have a happy customer send business directly to me than have 20 people randomly come on a lot because of generic advertising. And for the record, the auto industry is extremely competitive much less between different makes but different dealers of same cars. So dont get all worked up over something stupid like a sticker because they will always be there.

(btw: did your little cover come off, do you actually have it or did you not notice... driver's side, front bumper...)
