I went out and put a new lip spoiler on the M. I think it came out really good. It just gives that little touch at the end of the car. Even though it is small, I think it makes a huge difference.

I'm almost embarrassed to say. It's the cheap ebay M3 Style lip spoiler.

I saw the look on the Amgain y34. I however did not like the $400 price tag. I thought for $30 it was worth a shot.

If I hated it I wouldn't be out much money.

My paint guy shot it for $25. So total cost was about $55. It comes ready with 3m tape for the install. Nice and easy.

Here is the link to the one I bought off Ebay. The size is perfect. I made sure to measure before I ordered.

Looks really good! I was just wondering the other day if anyone had ever tried this. Do you have any shots of the whole car? I'd like to see how it blends with the rest of the lines.

Nice.... and the guy that paid 400+ should be the one embarrassed, not you. I dig it the most.

Well played my fellow Floridian. Looks great. The wheels look better to me every time I see them in a picture. You have done some nice mods in a relatively short time.Cheers,ML

Thanks everyone. I'm really happy with how it turned out. The drop is all good for me for now too. I settled a bit more so it looks right to me. I am taking a trip to Philippines and Japan next year so I intend to take back a bunch of JDM stuff with me.

I'm hoping to be able to throw a kit on there next year.

it is amazing how a couple inches of spoiler can change the look of a car so drastically. Looks fantastic.

Did you go with the 46" or the 47" spoiler. I measured and am just in between the two, but I think the 47" would work due to the curve of the trunk I think I will need a little longer than the 46"

Somebody has decided to take advantage of me figuring out that the ebay wing fits and is trying to sell it for triple what I paid. Oh and they are using my pictures to sell it.

Just know if you want this wing its the 47" 02-03 mercedes clk one on ebay. Don't pay tripple.

Thats why i have been hesitant of posting high quality pics of my car on the net. Someone out there will leech and try make a buck out of people.

Tough luck for them because the y34 community is preety small in the states as 6k cars made with probably less than 2/3 of that still on the road. We will always find out and bust these people

Thats just crazy, at least that price includes painting. I do hate when they rape with shipping like that though.

Did my earlier reply get deleted?

Like I said... I would have been flattered if they would have used my car to sell a product.

Well it would be one thing if I actually bought it from them, or if they asked or gave me credit. The other thing was they are charging way more than I paid. I didn't want any fellow M45 owners getting ripped off.

The 47 inch one is what you need.

Not that I can think of off the top of my head. I might have a place I'll have to check. I would love to see your Y34.
