Fine, the graphics and decals might not be my cup of tea, but you have taken V modifications to a newer level, from Kimber's full on camel theme and blind_snyper's race style V to what you have, a completely personalized V. I know a ton of people give you a ton of sh** for going to the extreme to your mods, but this is why nico club forum was created, to bring all V owners together and share their opinions and ideas on how to make the V better and their own. So once again, great job on the V. Dig the wing, just the antenna throws off the car's lines. Are you going to get the windows tinted?

i wanna tint the windows, y boy just tinted his Accord 30% all around including windshield... and thats no where NEAR street legal in NY... 70% legal... and if u go that high theres no point at all... but u can get away with 30% unless a cop is having a bad day... but yea i wanna tint em.

i own an 08 black hatch and want to install the same taillights you have on there. i saw them on ebay and was wondering if they are the same ones. also did you have trouble with the OEM bulbs and placement? i saw a youtube video where this guy bought the clear lens ones and was saying that the OEM bulbs wouldnt fit cause they wouldnt fit into the aftermarket ones. please let me know before i buy. .... by the way your car looks sick ...

yeah those are the same taillights, he OEM bulbs dont fit but all u really have to do is bore out the hole, or snip the little tabs off the OEM lights, i snipped em.

I concur and also add, UGH! I mean, why paint the "spoiler" black? Now it looks like every ricer car that runs around with different colored body kits and crappy wings on it. That wing looks horrible. A much better choice would've been the Stillen wing. And honestly, what is the deal with the black gas door? It doesnt add to the look, it screws it up and looks bad. Repaint the wing, seriously. Paint it the same color as the body cause making it black makes the ugly stand out even more. I think we can officially label the car as a ricer mobile now.

[sarcasm ]Cause downforce on the rear of a fwd car is essential[/sarcasm ] That car wouldnt go fast enough to need any rear downforce. It'd actually make the car slower. Functional spoilers, which that one isnt, cause wind to push down on the rear. Think of it like this. Take an airplane wing and flip it upsidown. Thats a spoiler. Spoilers actually cause drag and slow a vehicle down in a straight line. Downforce is essential for taking turns quickly.In Formula 1 racing some teams go for higher downforce for faster turns as opposed to less which is great for fast straights. The only time any type of downforce is essential for an FWD cars rear is if the FWD car is so fast the rear tires break loose during tight cornering. The V is not one of those cars.

ok this whole Rice/ Not Rice crap is such BS....Who cares what the car sounds or looks like after all..it is a foreign car so technically...it IS a rice burner in that sense. As far as his mods if he likes them that is what is important.

I personally am very interested in an intake and an exhaust because of the (minor) gains in HP, but due to the sound I am choosing not too at this time. I like my car quiet but because I want those mods on my car that make me a ricer boy or something? Sheesh I'm almost 40 and just because I want to mod my car doesn't mean a DAMN THING! LOL..I dunno how old Bob is (sorry Bob) but I know he as an exhaust and intake as well as custom seats does that make his car a ricer? cuz Bob is so not...even if he wants to be...(sorry again Bob)

I totally agree, but I think its just because the person that calls them a ricer doesn't like it. There are no guidelines on what "ricer" really is, its just a personal opinion. My personal opinion is that any car that reminds me of the fast and furious is ricer (i.e. over the top graphics, a HUGE stereo system, and neons). I'm not really for doing anything visually to a car besides rims. But that being said it is all your opinion on what YOU think looks good.

And I think that any preformance mod added to any car isn't ricer what so ever.
