I had stated in a previous post of some serious alt whine issues. I turned the car on this time while adjusting the gains and lowered them to where its barely audible when its on very very low volume...which it never is on during normal driving. After the car runs for about 5 minutes its even less of a whine...cant even hear it on low volume. I think i have everything under conrtol now..hopefully.

thats why i dont run cables under drivers side dash.my car did the same thing till i moved the rca,s
