No, that's for the S13 front and rear combined.

If you have the S14, you only need the front which is $39

does shaving the front to clear the nismo motor mount raise affect the integrity to the point of not being worth buying or is my dad just paranoid...?

No, I mean, its not like your are going to have to shave very much. One of my employees, Kenny, didn't have to shave any at all with his Nismo Mounts. It does fit really tight, but no cutting was required.

These bars are so stought I don't think even if you had to dremel a little part off, that it would make any difference in its structural integrity.
