Contacted the sales guy to ask about the status of the blueberry.

"The current situation that is happening right now is there was a port strike where all of Western Region delear vehicles arrive, there are well over 2000 vehicles that need to be delivered at this point a lot of our vehicles that should have been here 2 - 4 weeks ago have not arrived yet. So in result a lot of our vehicle arrivals are behind schedule however we are doing the best we can to get all of our client's vehicles here in the most expedient manner possible. "

Hmmm. Vancouver had a port strike in 2005. Are these vehicles going through another port -Mexican? American?- that has a strike?

Taking this with not a grain of salt, but an entire salt shaker.

Well currently the Mexicans, Americans, nor the Mexican-Americans are on strike now . I'm not sure if there's a strike going on up there currently or not. From what I understand, the V's coming from Mexico to western Canada are being delivered by ship only so it may have some truth to it.

That's what I was told too!Every dealer I contacted said the same thing. Mine is on it's way... according to the dealer should be here in 5-13 days. I'll believe it when I see it.

Mine was scheduled to take 2-3 weeks, but it is now going on week 8. My dealer ship had given me the port strike excuse 4 weeks ago. Once that was done, there was apparently a big "software error" at the compound, so that delayed them even more.
