Finally bought it. I had been looking at the PE Kits for a while now and I finally took the plunge. Kit has very comprehensive instructions (for those who are japanese literate) and everything for a bolt on install. I'll update as soon as it is installed. For now... pics.

Well, I didn't mention which kit it was because it is still under debate. You see, according to PE's site, the 1820 has a 52.5 mm inner inducer and 70 mm outer. Those are the measurements of the compressor wheel on the turbo I received, but I purchased the 1420. So I'm still kinda in limbo on that one.

Oh, and the box it came in said 1820. Just thought I'd add that too.

Pessimism I guess. Sounds like an argument that has already been concluded. lol :ylsuper

It was locally here in PR. I ordered it through a store and they handed it to me when they got it.

About 350 for the 1420 and 380ish for the 1820. At what boost, i don't know. I looked at the gt25r, but didn't want to mess with any custom fabbing. Just bolt on and go.

Yeah it bolts on. When you look at the list on the left on the PE site, at the bottom there's a button that says english. Then you could see most of it in english. I want about 350 later on, but for the time being close to 300. I still have stock injectors and maf. So I figure about 270 maybe.
