my 1991 240sx is naturally aspirated and has a 2.5 inch piping hks hi power cat back exhaust on it, i finally bought a gt25r turbo and a megan racing top mount exhaust manifold for it and i'm wondering if i can use this exhaust system when the turbocharger is put in, if so am i only going to need a downpipe for this beastly ka! (excluding the intercooler, wastegate etc.)pics would be awsome

Your current exhaust will do the job, but it's pretty restrictive. A 3 inch would be better.

i'm only planning on hitting low boost (6-7 psi) so it should do the job for now. aiming somewhere around 210hp. thanks for such a quick answer!

The exhaust will definitely work, with a small turbo like that the 2.5" exhaust will be just fine and won't be too restrictive.

However, I don't expect you to be able to hit more than 180whp with only 6-7 psi on a t25.

so do you think 10 psi could do the job, hitting 210 to the wheels would make the torque just nasty on a ka24

What tuning method are you using?

Just a boost controller is not equivalent to engine tuning. You'll need more than that.

Unless you want to blow up your engine, of course.
