Rear main seal. With a clutch you get what you paid for. Cheap is cheap. Haynes or centerforce are good clutches.

while it is out replace any hard to get to part like he said rear main seal. Any sensors that are buried, also that avoids running issues, and all and I mean ALL vacuum lines. Any hard to get to part is just a breeze when motor is out, also take time and clean everything like engine bay and motor so it looks better when in. With the hassle of swap might as well take a little time and money and do it right.

OEM clutches are as good as any. I'd stick with that.
While the engine is out, I'd do the timing belt, pulleys, water pump, and all belts/hoses. Also check for cracked exhaust manifolds.

Also do the plugs. That #6 plug will be a LOT easier with the engine out of the truck.
