I will start explaning whal all i did on the car. My car suddenly started giving me low FE. So i decided to do some routine maintainance.

1. I cleaned the Throttle body, intake manifold. So after that the running became really smooth. I could feel the difference. I did do HW driving for 50 miles yesterday and the car was running really well.

2. Then i changed all the old NGK SP with Bosch Platinum 4 today morning. Now I can feel the hesitation from the car at less then 2K RPM. It started running rough and has the tendency to shake at low RPM.

Is it the Bosch plugs or something else.

It's probably the bosch plugs. From what I read in this forum - the nissan high performance motors don't like bosch. swap in your old plugs and you will probably see that the motor is back to normal.

Bosch plugs dont go well with any cars but germans.

Reminds me when a friend installed bosch 4s in his cadillac. Nothin buy trouble.

It was a broken ignition coil. The car was running on 5 cylinders which resulted in vibration.

Good to know, but ditch the bosch plugs anyway, they will give you headaches.

Just ordered new NGP plugs, ignition coil from Midwayparts....Just too scared to continue with Bosch after reading all the posts on SP's.

How did you figure out it was the ignition coil?

Sounds like you made the right move ordering some new NGK plugs

Glad to hear everything is going well!

One of the ignition coil- Cyl 6 had a crack in the neck and i think it happened while i was installing the bosch plugs. I installed the new NGK SP's and ignition coil. My J30 is now running great.

Go for the OEM NGK plugs. I got them from midway parts.
