New trans only 16,000 miles? WTF!

I just bought my g35 around nov. So i took it back to the dealer this week and they told me i need a new trans put it b\c 5th gear has a slight grind to it. I was happy when they told me its covered but, i was even happier when they gave the 2008 g35 as a loaner. This car makes me want to trade my 04 in. IT's soooo much powerful!!

Thats why they gave you a 08 loaner. They would like to sell you a new one. Did they give you a 6 speed manual or an automatic?
