new transmission/ rebuilding???? what does one do?

I have an 89 coupe with an s14 blacktop swap, I have some ?'s when it comes to the transmission and what you do with it when its time for a new one or rebuild.which is the most cost effective and long lasting solution.1. do i just buy another SR tranny2. do i oull the sr transmission and have it totally rebuilt3.do i do the ka transmission with sr bellhousing.Im not sure on my other options but i want a transmission that will handle 350hp all day, the sr is good but how do i rebuild it(parts etc) and if i had to do the KA swap, how do i build that to withstand a beating, and how much different is the gearing in the Ka then the SR?I hope I didn't confuse you. thank you.

Do a z32 transmission swap.It will take more abuse than the SR transmission or the KA transmission. I think Mazworx Racing makes a kit for this.
