new transmission: HELP!

ok, i have the transmission on my 1990 KA24E out, and long story short, i need a new one! does anyone near calgary alberta canada have one to sell? like anywhere in montana or anything? also, is there any other transmission i could swap in, and if so, does anyone have one of those in the area? one more thing. when we took the transmission out, we had to mark the driveshaft for where to re-attach attach it. where do we put it back on? will i have to get it re-balanced?
