new tps wiring

my tps went out in my sr20det...and i went to the parts guide and found that i needed a tps from a 1995 240sx...i have the tps but they wont connect...do i just cut off both connectors and solder them together...or is there another tps i should have gotten...like a tps for a sentrs sr20de????not too sure...please help.

yes you would just cut of both of the connectors and solder the wires together. but also yes the sentra se-r tps is the same as the sr so it works without modification but on the se-r with an intercooler the lever that controls the voltage is on the opposite side as the one without an intercooler..i cant recall which one is the correct one for the sr.
