SLP (eBay) subframe spacersProject Silvia 3" O2 housing, downipe, test pipeHKS Hi Power cat back

The O2 housing took me 2.5 hours to get off. Tiny bolts in VERY hard to reach places. NOT FUN. The new one took about 30 minutes to put on. Cat back took mabye 45 minutes to install. Spacers...30 minutes. I also changed my oil (Mobil1 15W-50 thank you very much) and plugs. The car runs ssssoooooo much better. It is really quiet too. Kind of odd seeing how the Hi Power is 85mm piping and 120mm tip. Glad to be rid of the BBBBLLLLAAAPPPP. Now, all I hear is spool and WHOOSH (I plan on keeping my BOV vented forever). As soon as members rides is back (rather if it will ever be back), I will post up some pics

I also have a HKS wastegate I was going to put on but my IC isn't here yet, and I need a new EPROM to get rid of boost cut...then 13psi will be the norm (I see 8.5psi now) I also have a Nismo thermostat and new coolant to toss in, but I am worn out. Mabye next weekend...

Congrats on the mods man! I should be paying for whats left on my pistons this week so when they get done, they should get dropped shipped to my house. I'm also dropping the head off to have the head work done this week also. Maybe I'll be done by christmas....

At this point, I jsut want the IC and hard pipes on. With my boost cut chip and w/g set at 13psi, I will be basically done with the motor for along while. I need to spnd some more time on my suspension and brakes before I go further on the motor.

Hows the quality on that PS downpipe? Im getting a parts list together, and up until now, I'd found the greddy downpipe for the cheapest. But if the quality is good on the PS, I'll take it...$140 shipped, nice.

I am very pleased with the DP. All of their stuff is great quality (I also have PS T/C rods).

The test pipe even has a bung for an EGT sensor! Funny things is: I paid $175 shipped for my extension, DP and test pipe NEW. Gotta love Buy/Sell/Trade

Yes, you need an SR O2 housing to use an SR downpipe (note: my PS stuff rests RIGHT on the unibody rail. Trying to slip my uprated clutch when cold = downpipe smacking off the rail from vibration. ) IIRC PS no longer makes the O2 housing, but I would email them and see. It is a really nice piece, but I would rather have the divided type like SS Autochrome or HKS makes (I am now an HKS whore BTW )

How do you like those SPL bushings? I was thinking of picking up a set for my S13 and S14 since they are like 60 bucks and GOOOOOLLLLDDDDD!!!!

Thus far I am happy with the SPL (not SPL) bushings. And for $60 plus shipping, can't beat em.

And Joe, to be honest, I am an HKS whore cuz of you. I bought the wastegate actuator and was so impressed with the packaging and completeness of it I decided to get more stuff from them.

if your looking for a cheap DP, i have a Megan Racing DP that fits awsome. i was actually impressed. it doesn't even touch the body of my car. and doesn't hang down any lower than the factory KA DP. i can't say the same for the Megan Racing Cat-back tho...
