Car: learning how to drift

Hi everyone i am new to this forumi live in lincoln NE in ( bumf***ed mid west)i recently purchased a 1990 240sx w/ a ca18det swap so far i really like the car but i hate drag racing and love intial D , and road racing where i live is a pretty flat land and we verry seldom have auto cross meets here but i really wanna learn how to drift so if some one would be willing to teach me online or whatever i would extremely appriciate itthanx Matt

Well I think it would be best for someone to teach you first hand. And nothing beats good old fashioned seat time. Have someone teach you the basics and then go out as much as possible and just learn as much as you can about how your car handles and feels. The more seat time the better. You can never practice to much

well you didnt mention your age, how long you've been driving, or how much experience you've had with RWD.

your best plan is going to be to learn the car before you try to drift. Dont expect to go out and throw your car around corners before you are truely comfortable with everything about the car. And remember, Inital D is just a cartoon :P
