hey car lovers

im new to this message board stuff and quite an amateur about cars, but getting into it.

where are all the g20s????????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a black 2k1 infiniti g20 with a/t, black leather interior. im looking to make upgrades to it as soon as i have a lot of information about what i can do/cant do to the engine. im looking to start with intercooler and then upgrade the muffler and then EVENTUALLY see about a supercharger or turbocharger. the car looks great but 145 horsepower =( =( =(

i would appreciate any feedback you guys have about what you've seen done to a g20 or what you think can be done.

theres 5 G20s here , im one of 2 P-10s , you are one of 3 P-11s

gonna need a turbo before you get a intercooler , the intercooler cools the air coming from the turbo , wont do anything besides become a restriction in a N/A setup

superchargers as far as i know arent available for the SR20DE , but turbo kits for it are endless , got mine for 1100 not includeing the 300zx intercooler ill be running . i got all the parts i need to put it on , just waiting till i im done moveing to start on it .

all kinds of stuff can be done to her , just what you wanna do ad your budget that limit it

yahooza is the P-11 guy and hes done a crapload of stuff too it , incleuding devloping a big brake kit that were all excited about

G20.net would be another good place to look , just dont forget about nico , we have tons of fun here , plus its a good place to organize meets in your town to hang out with other other nissan/infiniti peeps , also if you go there be sure to use the "search" function , if you dont the dorks there will flame you wicked bad , bunca search natzis , but i still like it there

Does anyone have a genreral idea hopw many G20t's with a manual were sold?

I like their looks and handling and thin it might be cool to buy a 98-02 G20t 5 speed manual and turbocharge it.

I wonder what kind of times one would get?

Fred...:)

One of the people that works for me has a 2001 G20t and she loves it. Bought it because Infiniti didn't hit her with all kinds of crap on top of the base car. It is a really cool ride, with the only acception it could use a few more ponies for sure, but for her she loves it.

When the G35 came out she was bummed out, really like the looks of that car. When I told her the price she wasn't quite a bummed out, but still is drooling over it.

99-02 id have to say 1 in 4 was manual , not many , i think the 2002 sport package is a neat car , but i still like the 96 G best , has independent rear suspension last of the P-10s and a very subdude exerior . brakes on the 99-02 feel much beatter tho , zero dive under hard brakeing and the interior is much beatter over the 1991-1996 cars , not to mention a fully rollerized vavletrain on that sr20

I also have a G20T A/T, my wife drives it, 91 SE-R intake cam, JDM tubular exhaust manifold from a primera with custom downpipe, 2.5 exhaust, Greedy muffler, JWT pop charger, advanced timming, she did have H&R springs with KYB GR2s but she is pregnant and the car was to low for her big belly so I removed the springs, I love the G20 it handles a little nicer than my old SE-R.

Now we have one less. Check out general forum. Mike (stoneage) had a bad run-in with ice, a hill, and some trees. :(
