BOOST it!

Other than that I am not sure (now if you had a Z that would be a completely different story :naughty:).. Someone else will though just give them time.

And :welcome: to Nico!

Research. I'd suggest checking out the Altima forums here: altima-forum.html to get a better idea of what you want to do with it.

I'd rock the KA any day of the week before downgrading to the newer QR 4 cylinder.

How about some background info on the car? Is it auto or manual? How many miles? What are your goals? Go/show? Racing? Budget?

What kind of racing?
Get the manual trans, get some good tires, and I'm not sure what NY emissions laws will allow in terms of power... but be advised to "hook yo ride up y0!" is going to require ~6 grand plus to do properly.

I would probably check the local junk yards for parts. The Altima is a fairly popular car, so it shouldn't be too hard to find parts. The only problem you may have is the junkyards not keeping as many for as long because it's a 13 year old car.

+1 for junkyards.

The altimas aren't TOO popular in the modding crowd (not popular enough for websites to offer manual conversion kits anyway), so you'll probably have to do a lot of sourcing yourself.
