I am truely sorry for you and your recent purchase. When the CVT/Trans goes out it will cost you $6,000. Don't even bother looking to Nissan of America to absorb any costs what so ever. They will not contribute a dime. I know, I just got done with the process. If you can, take it back, trade it, whatever, on a NON-Nissan product.

arlington, this is about the fourth or fifth post in different threads where you've said this same thing. How about you make a post describing everything that's gone on with this situation, including how many times you had the transmission serviced, who did the work, the reason Nissan gave you that it was not covered, and the whole story. Anybody can jump on the internet and flame a company because of a bad experience, but if you told the WHOLE story, then you might get some sympathy.
