New to the Z community. Cant figurout why my seats wont adjust.

I just picked up a 03 z today. Im pretty new to the z word but had many S13s in my life. My issue is that my seats wont adjust and i can figure out where the fuse is or if thats even the case. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
