Hello there. Go check out the KA-T section. Lots of good articles over there. The people in the KA-T will for sure be able to point you in the correct direction with that you need and should do.

What I know:
Turbo seals: no idea, look for a turbo rebuild guide somewhere
Tune: don't buy a SAFC, the BEST way to do it is to buy a stand-alone ECU and get it tuned by a shop, with no experience don't try to tune it yourself or you will probably blow it up.
Wide band: yes you should have one, never a bad idea to be able to instantly monitor you A/F ratio
AEM tru boost: no idea, if it is electronic, I personally wold never want nor trust an electric boost controller. That's just me though, manual just seems safer and more reliable to me.

Make sure you search and READ a lot of stuff before you ask question too because most likely it has been covered before and you can find it (not sure how well the search function is working since the forum JUST got upgraded to new servers, etc.). Also as stated above POST SOME PICS! Wanna see what you go under that hood.

a safc is not a primary tune so search and search some more than you will know what you should do next
