New to the site.Question on ka24de swap

I was wondering if i would run into any problems if i took a ka24de from a 95 OBD 1 complete motor and transmission and put in a 97 240 (OBD 2). and if it pops in no problem would I have any issues when inspection comes around???? Plzzzz help me out, thanx.

Its NC. but also what would i have to change in order for the OBD1 swap to comply with the OBD2 standards of that car????? i know motor and transmission bolt up because its the same but as far as wiring goes what would i run into???

Not 100% if you need to swap any other parts from the OBB2 motor, but If you use the odbII sensors, harness and ECU you should be good.
