New to the site need help with s14

My car loses power after a few minutes of running but if I turn it off and back on then it works for 30 seconds or so. Any advice or recommended shop in west los angeles would help.

need more info to help you, but it could be a bad alternator and a run down battery? Does it crank slowly? do you have gas? does it miss? is there good fuel pressure? By "loses power" do you mean it feels sluggish, or does it die completely, and is this while you are driving or at an idle?

Not Bater or alternator. It bogs even at idle then If I turn of ignition and start back up it has power for around thirty seconds then bogs again almost bogs out all the way. I did this from willow springs to culver city(about 65 miles)

Faulty/Dirty MAF, Dirty IACV, Vacuum Leak, Clogged Fuel Injector, Faulty/Dirty Plugs, Old Rotor/Cap...

We need more details, but from the info you provided, it seems like a vacuum leak or MAF problem.
