Welcome to NICO, Ryan!

Great!

I did the same in this last purchase (2003 M45) ... don't even have a sunroof because I hardly ever use one! I got a great deal on it (at the time, it was less than the price of a G35 Coupe) and that clinched the deal.
Though I am a bit of a gadget freak, and may get some of the toys for next time.

If I were to find the HID headlights, bulbs, and ballasts, would it be a direct swap as far as wiring is concerned?
A darn tough question! I will take a look at the Service Manual and see if I can find more information about this ... will not be till Monday, since my electronic copy of the Manual is on my work computer.

I hope somebody else comments on this because I am not sure of the answer. You may want to see if these wheels and tires are being sold on eBay (or also look at the past sales using the advanced search options there) to get a feeling for the price.
Note that 19" or 20" inch wheels and tires tend to be expensive, particularly ones good enough for the weight of the car. Plus, unless you get some very good wheel vendors (Rays, Volks, etc.), you might end up with weak wheels. And these might break or bend too easily. So, please do be careful with your selection.
Also, I think the M35/45 Sport wheels (the 19" ones) may be an option for you if you like their looks better ... these occasionally pop up on eBay. Plus Joe Tsensky at
http://www.everythinginfiniti.com will provide the best possible prices on new ones (but not as good as eBay most likely) - he is an Infiniti dealer and sells Nissan and Infiniti parts to NICO folks for excellent prices and with great support.
