First of all i want to mention how helpful this site has been to me, lord knows i would be lost without you all...On to the matter at hand.

My car is a 95(G50), and i am going to be investing in a major suspension overhaul. I have tokico "blues" on the list as well as new tension rods & bushings, upper links(front & rear), sway bar link & bushings, strut mounts, and steering rack mounts( I am undecided as to where to get all this from or what "brands" I should stick with). I know that the tension rods and the rear control arms are compatible with the 240sx and the 300zx but i am wondering are the springs? Like I said, I'm new to all this and have gained the little bit of knowledge I do have from this forum, so any feedback on this would be appriciated.

Also if anyone can direct me to the best place to purchase all of this...dont want "cheap" parts but not looking to bankrupt myself either.

Thanks

All of the multlink is the same from 240s and 300s.... the only part you have to get 300 specific is the upper link in the front because the 240s dont use upper control arms...

The springs are much different, the Q springs are theyre own kind. Good luck finding a set of lowering springs for a Q.

Do you have a rear sway bar on the list? That is very important. If you dont want to spend the dough for the OEM end links oyu can substitute the 1in links from Energy Suspension. They are the ones I have on there and I love em. You can also use poly frame bushings if you want (I need to replace all of mine and I think thats what im going to go with)...

I assume youll get the blues from Joe which includes the new dust boots, if not then put those on the list.

You dont need to replace the tension rod, only the bushings unless of course theyre bent for some reason. The bushings can easily be pressed in/out.

Thanks Wes...didnt really want lowering spring s on the Q just wanted to get rid of the dull black oems...same thing with the tension rods, i just figured since i was going to be replacing the struts with the "blues" i would do some other suspension upgrades.

Just wanted to add... These are the end links your refering to?Performance Polyurethane End Link Complete Sets-Made of HYPER-FLEX™ Performance Polyurethane.Complete end link set includes: firm durometer polyurethane bushings, zinc plated 3/8" grade-5 bolts, "nylock" nuts and heavy gauge washers. Use this chart only when our specific vehicle pages do not display applications for this item. TO FIT / SELECT THE PROPER SET-Vehicle must be on level ground or service lift (NOT jacked up, NOT wheels hanging and NOT having the suspension unloaded). Wheels should support the vehicle or lift jacks should support the suspension as if the wheels are supporting it.

Make sure stabilizer bar end eyelet (B) is parallel with the control arm (C). Many times they are not. You may be required to use a slightly longer or shorter sleeve length than the original. Measure sleeve length (A) and compare to the chart to find the correct set.
