Hey guys,

I know, I know...another newbie asking for startup advice, but in my case I have been in the acura community for sometime and now, just recently traded my supercharged 2003 3.2CL-s (58K) in for my 2006 M45 Sport (17K). I wanted a new car with more sophistication and class. On top of that I wanted everyone in my office to stop making "ricer" jokes . I fell in love with the M right away and the difference from the 3.5 V6 and 4.5 V8 were like night and day. The 45(to me) was clearly the only one in the Infiniti preowned lot in MB and BMW territory with every option under the sun. I was also looking at the GS430, but I felt like I was driving my mother's ES300 (not really a "driver's" car-Once I hit retirement...maybe). Well enough ranting. I am searching for several things:1) The stock aero kit. The dealership is charging $1550 for everything installed. If you guys can help me find something better I would appreciate it.2) Wheel fitment info. Some people have been telling me that a staggered fitment is not healthy for our cars. One of the main reasons I got a RWD car was to get staggered wheels (being stuck with FWD for years has made me jealous). I see some M drivers out there with 20x10's in the rear. Is that as large as we can go? Will it stick out the wheel well and cause rubbing? FYI-I plan on going no bigger than 20's 3) I have also fallen on a deal for a set of TEIN Comfort Control Coil-Overs ($1800). I am hesitant until I can speek to someone with experience with the kit. Is it even worth lowering the car w/ the aero kit? 4) Possibly moving towards the Injen intake and Stillen Cat-Back, but if they do not create heavy gains, would anyone suggest that I just stick with the Megan Axle-backs for better exhaust note?5) Lastly, the BBK's. I am almost certain about getting the Rotora 6piston kit(355mm) in front and 4piston kit(355mm) in rear. This will be more for the aesthetic reasons (obviously). Has anyone had any problems with these kits? Will the stock 19's fit with these? Would you recommend the AP Racing Kits instead?

Any sort of help would be appreciated. Take pity on my lack of knowledge of the M45. Give me some info and some time and I will catch up in no time at all. Thanks alot guys .

I'll speak on what I know and leave the rest for someone else.

2. A nice set of 20x8.5 front and 20x10rear would do that car justice without any damage. Those conservative OEM junkies will tell you that BS all day about what isn't safe. Take a look at some of your BMW, Mercedes, etc.. cars and you'll see that they are stagged. It looks good and performs at the same time. And yes, RWD's are the best candidate for a stagg setup and the rears will only stick out if you fail to get the correct offset and width.

3. Look into JIC Magic - FLT-TAR VIP. I've heard nothing but praise on other sites about the JIC coilover setup. and yes, it is worth lowering even with an aero kit.
