No, you have a hard drive based navigation system which as far as I know has to be done by the dealer. If you had a disc based navigation, yes.

I have the original disc that came with the car that has the old maps think its 2009-2011

If you have a disc, it's not for your car lol. Your car is hard drive based...unless you can provide a picture of the disc, I'd be curious...
