I just purchased a 2004 G35 2 Door Coupe last week. I have owned the 240sx (1996) and 300zx and still have my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder SE. It's been awhile since I have ridden low but love it. Still getting a feel for the car. I notice the slight hesitation in the initial take off and have seen suggestions for getting a stock 350z intake with KandN filter but have also seen posts as to other alternatives. I have to be honest, I know nothing about enhancing the performance, most of my experience has involved wheels and sometimes speakers, minor things so i get lost in the language.Any suggestions?

I have the manual with sport shifter, nice car 54K miles, one owner who leased originally for first 18K and second owner who barely drove car over last few years. Few questions are 1. How easy is it to get Sat Radio up and running if car already prewired? XM or Sirius? Any suggestions on fixing takeoff hesitation without breaking bank? I just started a new law firm and used some nice retainers to buy the ride. But don't want to take the spending too far incase I have a rough month.

Welcome to the club. Congrats on the new ride and law firm. Do you have any pictures of the rides?

Hope to have some up soon. The Pathfinder, I must say has been the best ride. 167K and no problems, still gets up and goes. The dealer I bought the G35 from offered to buy it. Even though I bought it brand new, paid for and all I could not let it go, plan on riding it till the wheels fall off. I hope the 35 does the same.

um if the sat radio is already wired up all you have to do is call XM and create an account and pay for the year. takes 5 minutes and the radio will be connected in a matter of minutes. Enjoy that, its totally worth it!

As another member said, just turn to channel 0 on the satellite and it should show your radio id #. Simply call XM with the id number and they will get you up and running!
I pay $12 per month (CDN) for all XM channels.
