New to the board

Hey guys,

I just bought a Maxima and and cannot wait to get through a ton of these threads to see whats going on here. I am in snowy Rochester NY so the driving conditions are not ideal right now, but she still handles well enough even with 4 inches of the white stuff on the ground.

If any of you guys out there know of a local Maxima Club, let me know the details, PM me if needed.

I only recently stumbled on the Maxima as a good option for me. I really wasn't in the market for a new car until I blew the motor in my Stratus R/T a week ago. Since a new motor was going to run me more than I could have imagined, I am selling the car as is hoping to get a grand for it.

I got a great deal on this car, drove it a few times for test rides, then just signed the paperwork today. After 4 new tires get put on, I will be picking it up Monday after work (CANT WAIT).

The 5-speed 05 Maxima (RE5F22A) is more reliable than the earlier 04 Maximas with 4-speed transmission (RE4F04B).
